-To obtain the discount, either:
-Use the Offline Registration Form and reduce the total fees by $130, or
-Call and obtain the discount authorization, then pay online

- You may register on-line, then pay by check.
- You may choose to register online and fax in your credit card information.
- Use the Offline form with your fax or mail in payment.
- If paying for someone else, include your name, phone and email address with the Offline Form
